Today was a nice day but not very productive. Josh had a concert at the college so I went to that, came home and ate lunch, read a book then took a nap. Doing some coding tonight but even that is going slow. This is going to be a light paycheck, I think. Returned the defective scale and bought more of the Atkins bars (yummy). Food was good for the day. Body is responding a little to the lack of carbs in spite of the thyroid. When it starts picking up a bit, I'll add more veggies in to get the nutrition upped a bit. Just can't hack the extra (even good) carbs right now in light of the thyroid. Any downward motion on the scale is a good thing at this point.

Miss having a buddy on this thing. Wish I had someone that was hypothyroid and could sympathize and work with me.

Dad will be here in about 30 days. Would like to get my butt outside and walk, see if that will help the weight shed any. It's pretty cool today but maybe if I go out at noon-1pm it won't be so bad.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
