Time to pick things back-up and finish getting in shape for the Family Reunion... I want to look Fantastic!!!
I am never giving-up the goal it is time to put the goal right in front of me -again- 7 this time reach it.

155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
