I obsess about my weight daily but it is so hard to stay away from impulse foods. The have amazing food in my office daily and i am staring at walnut shrimp fried rice already. I already had 2 cups of coffee and a cake pop. I am not doing well.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
