Today, I'm starting over, Rebooting my metabolism, by doing Dr.Oz's 3-day detox, then a 7-day juice fast. I'm walking for 40 minutes briskly every morning, and in two weeks I will do a 2-week boot camp work-out. I plan to lose the fat, repair the internal damage (to arteries, heart, skin, etc), drop two waist sizes, and get my weight down to 145.
