I’ve gotten back into a good routine with working out and I’m on day 11 of a 14 day shred so even though I gained I feel so much better so hopefully gaining back some muscle in here !
183.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
