well i was 140lb yesterday but have lost a lb, i guess it's a start :) and we all gotta start somewhere!
Fluids today, no food! must try and lose 3lb by saturday when my fast finishes.4 days of fasting from today :)
Have taken my diet pill this morning, and am not feeling hungry yet, hopefully i can last the 4 days and not feel too bad.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I've heard fasting is good for you but I would think fasting for that long would not be so good. Please be careful and do this the healthy way. It will make it stay off a lot better. Best wishes!

ah thanks hun am gonna eat today, lost 4.4lb yesterday, and don't wanna push my luck :? gonna stick to veg and fruit for a lil while, hopefully it will stay off then :) hope you are doing well :)
