i did really good on my diet but we did go to a Chinese buffet on Friday night. i ate sushi but had a couple small deserts. all in all i did not pig out.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
