I want to be healthy. My body is falling apart. I don't want to die of obesity. I need to get serious about exercise. I want to be active with my grandchildren well into their college years. I need all the support I can get. I have a problem with portion control, comfort foods, and snacking begins mid afternoon. I eat ice cream even when I don't want ice cream. What gives?
