Yesterday I had only a pizza and my Starbucks Latte, I'm not sure if I'm building muscles or it is just my body that does not lose any gr of my fat!
136.2 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
