I bought a new scale and discovered that I was about 30 pounds heavier than I thought. So, I adjusted my weight history to reflect this. It was disappointing to have to change the numbers, but the numbers themselves are simply a measuring tool, so I am trying really hard not to be too upset by this. At least now, I have gotten rid of that that old broken scale and now I know for sure that I am using an accurate measuring device.

Argh, I know how you feel! My old scale showed me at 250--got a new scale for Christmas, and it showed I was really 275! I felt horrible, but I used it as a motivator, and have lost over 40 lbs now. Don't let it discourage you, hon, you are right it's only a measuring tool and you have an accurate one now. Hang in there!

Just means an added bit of time, but since this is not suppose to be a fade diet, but rather a new way to eat don't sweat it; cause we're going love you and support no matter what.. Just hang tough
