I'm feeling good about my motivation this week. I've been working hard at the gym (wearing a mask, which makes it a little harder, but not that bad). My husband has expressed an interest in not eating so much ice cream, so right now there is nothing in the freezer to tempt me. Yes! Avoiding alcohol is harder, but I'm working on that, now 2 days without it again. Hubby brought home beer instead of wine, and that helps a lot. I've been getting a lot of stuff done since I'm not wasting time on Spider Solitaire (now finishing my 19th day without it). The game is so addictive, but it turns my mind into jelly, and I get depressed about not doing the things I find much more important, and that impacts my ability to control my eating. That's the good news. The bad news is that we are going out of town for a week, where there will be both wine and ice cream. I am capable of not indulging! I've done it before!
125.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
