Still plugging along with the gym and the classes and recording my food. It's getting easier to make healthier food choices and to stick with a "no" decision regarding junk food. Am I actually developing will power? Well, no. But being QUITE aware of how much extra gym time I'd need to make up for a treat gives me good cause to pause and reconsider, "do I really need this?"

201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
