I've lost 2 more lbs how did that happen? Not sure but I will own that loss. I fell yesterday and messed up my knee pretty bad so I probably won't be able to workout too much. It will def take awhile to recover from my injury :(
265.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear about your knee! While you can't workout things that use your legs, you should be able to find some upper body work outs. Dumbbells or crunches are probably safe, but your mile may vary.
