i didn't take my pill yesterday and it was tough. i ate my bars and drank my shake but around 8:00 the noraml food cravings over came me. First I had a couple baked chips and went to bed to watch TV. Then i got up to get a couple more, then i got up again to get get more but saw the trick or treat candy looking at me. Before I knew it I had eaten a whole Baby Ruth and didn't feel gluity about it. But man today, seeing the pounds go back on makes me sad. I can do this. so today, I took my pill!
195.4 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
