Hello Journal, Usual work out. Ate 3 cups of soup [made of 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon, 2 chicken gizzards and 3/4 cup chopped cabbage and spices] 1 1/2 cups cauliflower with pasta sauce, 1 cup watermelon, 1 cup sugar free jello, plenty of sugar free drinks, vitamin & mineral supplements + 1 teaspoon spirulina, 2 ounces apple cider vinegar, 4 ounces aloe vera juice. Total cals. is slightly under 300. No significant changes ditto ditto ditto, all is well. Found out 1 teaspoon spirulina is 10 cals. I've always carried spirulina in my ditch bag on my sailboat due to it being packed with nutrients. Cheers
211.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
