Healthy eating is going well, no progress yet, but I just got the ingrediants for my Apple Cider Vinegar drink and I'm going to start that tonight! (I know you are supposed to drink it in the morning but my tummy is veeeery sensitive in the morning.)
185.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
