I keep clicking the reset button and starting over. more like every week. Have primed myself in various aspects: exercise routine, low carbs, portion control, eating dinner by 6pm. having a breakfast. Now its time to put it all together and finally get some good results. My plan is to go slow and steady. 1lb/week. I would even be happy with a 0.5lb/ week loss. i just want to see a downward trend.
Want to eat 5-6 times, balanced( less on carbs)- a 21-day fix kind of diet with a keto-like modification. Goal is 1200-1400. Sunday will be a free day to eat 1 thing i craved during the week. I need ideas on breakfast options. Am stuck with eggs. I need some guidance from you all too. Any tip would be appreciated.
229.1 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 79.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nesie, what is your main issue? Do you get really hungry during the day? Have you ever been tempted to skip a meal because you were not hungry but you forced yourself to eat because "it's time to eat" or "I'm supposed to eat." After years of being "stuck" at the same weight for five years, I just got "unstuck" by ignoring all those dumb narratives and listening to my body instead. I love breakfast food, but I don't love eating first thing in the morning. It makes me feel like going back to sleep! So I've been skipping breakfast and having bacon and eggs for lunch. I should mention that I'm on keto and I'm doing intermittent fasting, so my 55 pound weight loss in the past 6 months is a result of eating withing a window of about 12PM-6PM and as few carbs as I can. My cravings are down to almost nothing. THe few times I tried to have something I was craving, it tasting nothing like what I remembered and I stopped after one bite because it wasn't satisfying and I didn't want to blow all my progress. Let me know where you struggle most and I can try to help you because if you're going through it, chances are I've been through it and got the t-shirt. XOXO MrsMole (Dominique)

Hi Dominque, Thanks for your reply. I am gradually figuring myself out. I eat breakfast cuz i love to but i eat it around 10.30-11pm. Keto diet is not good for me. It puts a strain on the gallbladder and kiďneys so i do a low carb instead( 20% sometimes less), I don't eat after 7pm and i exercise almost everyday. I have gradually started seeing results. I have lost 12lbs so far and i am grateful. For me, consistency is key.
