start a healthy 3 weeks 5 pounds down later hey guys watch me swink
290.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2131 kcal Fat: 84.64g | Prot: 124.38g | Carb: 217.39g.   Breakfast: Turkey Bacon, Fried Egg,  Grits with Cheese, Nabisco Grahams Crackers Original . Lunch: Glucerna Hunger Smart Shake - Creamy Strawberry, Beef Oxtails. Dinner: Happy Harvest Lima Beans, Beef Oxtails,  Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Harris Teeter Pepper Jack Cheese (Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers). Snacks/Other: Thai Lady Jasmine Brown Rice,  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Coconut Cookie, Pure Heart Seedless Watermelon, Wal-Mart Fresh Pineapple. more...
