All of the Halloween candy in my house has been such a temptation! Staying on plan has been hard, but the positive results I am seeing is making the effort worthwhile! In the last few days I discovered that there was a lot of carbs and a ton of fat that I was unaware I was consuming, in my morning coffee ritual! My goal for the rest of this week is to try and make the transition to green tea instead. Kinda nervous about it, LOL!
