Really slow the last couple weeks. Work has been manic so I’ve been knackered every night after work. Was in a great routine during lockdown but getting back on track 👍🏻 Slow progress is better than no progress I suppose 🙂

Maybe prep and portion or freeze meals during the weekend so you can nuke them in the microwave after/ take to work during the week. You're still doing ok it's not going up👍

I’m eating healthy at work still it’s not meal peeps I’m struggling with it’s the long hours sat at my desk and not fitting in the walking/ workouts I used to be doing. I’m currently taking on 3 other people’s jobs at the moment so the day’s are long and tiring. It’s ok once things calm down at work I’ll be able to get more on track again. Thanks for the advice 👍🏻

BAlkub I'm in EXACTLY the same situation, 3 peoples work, long days at my desk and struggling to get more than an hour of workout in. I'm fed up of loosing 0.2kg every week 😩
