Fell off the wagon yesterday but got back on today. Just proves that I'm human and I can continue on with healthy eating even if there is a bad day.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel Ellawena. I had a lot of those days. I have finally been able to work at this a little better and find other foods that I can eat when I have those bad cravings for sweet and salty junk foods.
