Still 75. Had quite a bad week food-wise so I'm surprised and glad i didnt put any on! I'm going to try harder this week, but having said that i have already succumbed to my chocolate craving today. D'oh! I feel a bit overwhelmed with it all, I feel like having a break from the whole dieting thing. I know that it will be harder to start again if i do have a break, but on the other hand i feel like if i keep going i'm going to keep being half arsed about it. Anyway, i guess i'll just see how it goes this week.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
