1473 kcal Fat: 57.47g | Prot: 107.54g | Carb: 110.55g.   Breakfast: Kaufland Milchbrötchen, Abraham Original Schwarzwälder Schinken, Lätta Halbfettmargarine,  Dinkelbrot,  Marmelade. Lunch:  Mettwurst, Gartenkrone Himbeeren Tiefgefroren, Gut & Günstig 1,5% Fettarmer Joghurt Mild,  Dinkelbrot. Dinner:  Dinkelbrot, Grillmeister Bratwurst-Schnecken ,  Hähnchenbrustfilet,  Schweinelende (Filet). Snacks/Other: Twix Twix,  Rosewein. more...
