My daughter moved to Columbus, Georgia a few weeks ago to live with her boyfriend leaving my husband and I empty nesters. I am so excited for her to start her new life with her favorite person. We love him and his family. We now have a goal to sell our house to move into something smaller. My exercise for the day is cleaning out the closets in our bedroom and moving the furniture. It was a great day and I have purged so many clothes that don't fit me anymore due to weight gain. So I have decided that to help motivate myself every ten pounds I lose I get to buy myself a new outfit. A good way to reward myself without food.
