I ate horribly this week. I Saturday was especially bad. However, I've somehow managed to lose 2.2 lbs. Who would have thought? I'm going to get back on the exercise band wagon today. I want to at least do it today, tomorrow, and Thursday.

This train just keeps rolling along.
258.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
