I weighed at home. I'm trying to re-orient myself to eating better. I feel this is my problem more than anything else since I am still running. Although...I wasn't able to run for a week (groin strain) and hate terribly!! With this combination, I was destined to pick up weight.
Will be more focused now since my half will be in 3 weeks.
