I know that weighing every day is not always the best thing to do - weight will fluctuate and it's the overall trend that matters - but I'm enjoying seeing the scale go down. We don't have a home scale on purpose - I tend to obsess over it in an unhealthy way - so I weigh at work. Our office is closed for vacation for the next two weeks, so no weighing until mid-July. Here's to lower numbers in July, too!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
