Weekly weigh in. I'm saying poorly because I've been having chocolate binges a few times this week. Otherwise I do eat healthy at all other times. My chocolate binges include those large sized family bars of chocolate and hazlenuts or chocolate and almonds. I eat the whole thing. I also had a small carton of cheesecake ice cream from Hagen Dazz. I don't eat much during the day in this heat, but then get really hungry in the late afternoon and eat the chocolate before preparing dinner. My blood/fat level must be screaming.
