No running. I’m a gardener. I also weight lift 🙂 as for my daily so far I’m at about 800 burning my cals. I just love my food and with the MS I can’t really run well because I have vertigo issues. But I work hard at what I can manage 🙂

Well I try to because it helps me keep ontop of it all massive jugs of fruit infused water it helping with the heat. All i do is cut up fruit put it in my biggest jug and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. I saw a youtuber do it so i tried it. I still eat up though etc because well yeh 🙂

Oh not in the slightest anyone can help themselves to my food adventures if they want to. I just LOVE inventing stuff with what I do. Fruit for me is a god send with the heat and I’m carb heavy due to being vegan but if there’s anything people want to try thry can go for it. Most of my recipes are from youtube and books but some things like my spaghetti recipe ideas are invented from “wow I’m hungry” mode 🙈🤣

Ah I know what you mean! I had to relax my vegan diet recently after several years of it, but I’m on a journey 🌱 😊 are you on Instagram? I used to share a bunch there but they’re not all healthy 😅

I will note that I avoid most pre-processed and simple carbs.
Because complex carbs like rice / oatmeal and potatoes are healthy. But I know people avoid even those it’s why I pointed it out 🙂
