I've been sort of frustrated with the scale for the last 7 months (look at my chart since June). Basically, I was doing everything (eating right and exercising regularly) and would not lose weight, I would gain.
I hadn't had my period in 7 months (maybe due to the previous weight loss). Basically, my body was adjusting and I've dropped 3 pounds since I got it last week. It's comforting to know I wasn't doing anything wrong. My body was simply adjusting. Ladies, if this happens to you, just be patient and ride it through. Your body knows what's best for it!
It's great to start off the New Year on the right foot. Happy New Years all.
