Gone down but still not back to the 78 I got down to a few weeks ago. Been on same diet as hubby. He’s lost almost 5 kilos in 3 weeks 🙄🙄
So typical Lol. Anyway. I looked up the role LECTINS play on weight gain so will be keeping them in mind from now on too
