Health update. Went to my doctor for my annual physical. Here are my numbers: Blood Pressure (140/80), BMI (34.67), Weight (202 lbs). All my lab work was done so I will have my true health numbers in a few days. Also need a colonoscopy, pap smear and referral to a vein clinic. She said that counting and logging calories is the best way to lose weight. I am excited to see how my numbers change on this journey.
