Going down, beginning to feel looser in my clothes and lighter in myself. Hasn’t been too difficult so far mainly down to cutting out sweet stuff.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
