Day 1. I can not deny the fact anymore that I am obese, unhealthy, overweight, and feel unattractive. I look in the mirror and see myself and am surprised sometimes how out of shape I am. I have a physical tomorrow with my doctor to talk about my health, but mentally and physically. Lots of things have happened since I turned 50 in December. Lydia has graduated from college and moved to Georgia with Aqeel. School got shut down March 13th so I have been working from home. Coronavirus is still prevalent so I stay home as much as possible. I have been drinking and eating more because I am bored, frustrated, tired, and depressed. Time for a change. My plan is to track 1500 calories a day, and walk 30 minutes a day to start. You got this!
