Gained a little but nothing significant or upsetting.
It just seems to be the way this goes. I lose some and I gain some gradually. But I prefer that because it’s sustainable and I am maintaining a lose which I have I have done for 4 years soon.
I can’t really enter it here but my original weight to begin with was 16stone (101.6kg or 224lbs). I have massive body dysmorphia. When I look in the mirror I still see my big old self as if I am still that original weight. I know logically via the scale I’m not but that’s what I was used to for such a long time.
I like that my weight loss took time to do because I’ve learned better food and eating habits and I would never want to go back to how I was before.
