Day 14 of my low-carb pescatarian diet. The scale says I've lost 2 pounds, but that could just be a fluke. Been following the food restrictions really well. Drank a lot of beer this weekend, though. Hope that doesn't slow it down too much :-(
159.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
