This past weekend ended our Christmas get togethers...whew!! Since I am way below what I thought I would ever weigh, I didn't worry about what I ate. My Weight Watchers "goal" is 155. Granted, had I not done as well as I had, I would have been more careful. I am serious about life more now than ever! The only thing I regretted is the fact that I ate when I wasn't hungry and ate things I really didn't want. And for those things I DID want, for some reason, they didn't bring the satisfaction I thought they would. I'm glad because it will be easier to go back to eating better. Actually, I'm looking forward to it.
My WW weight this morning was 137.5. I hope I never see 140+ again and I was a little worried about that. I, also, had 3 pair of pants and 2 tops on. It was barely 40 degrees and I was going to run outside afterward. So, I figured a couple of extra pounds for all the clothes, that my weight was probably around 135.5. [Smiles inserted here!!]
I did run as much as I could during these 2 months and ran in 2-3 races and I know that helped. Of course, that depended on where we were, the weather and our surroundings (family). But all in all I think I did well.
Now ... to continue with life!! I'm excited about the new year. A half marathon in the spring is on my list of things to do. So...see ya for now!!
