1440 kcal Fat: 57.17g | Prot: 54.63g | Carb: 167.63g.   Breakfast: K-Classic Kochschinken in Aspik, Leicht & Cross Knusperbrot Vital, K-Classic Salami Ummantelt mit Hartkäse. Lunch: Aldi Salami, Zentis Frühstücks-Konfitüre Waldfrüchte,  Honig,  Fleischsalat, Lieken Urkorn Roggenbäcker, Kinder Schokolade. Dinner: Weiße Champignons (Gebraten), Bratkartoffeln, Lidl Hackfleisch Gemischt. Snacks/Other: Coca-Cola Coca-Cola Zero, Pfirsiche, Natreen Stachelbeeren, Johannisbeeren. more...
