I ate a lot more than usual. I had paperwork to do and I use eating to put it off I think so I was snacking a lot today. I think I use food to avoid doing what I don't enjoy doing. If I'm eating then I'm busy and then I don't have time to do what needs to be done. I need to just jump in and DO IT and quit the procrastinating.
