Took 2 water pills yesterday. Maybe gained 2 lbs because I didn't take 2 pills the day before. Didn't take any pills today... Oops... Didn't drink much water today. Need to start drinking more water!!!!!
278.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
