It goes to show that just keeping track of what you eat and purposely getting off your butt to get active really works!
247.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1975 kcal Fat: 99.50g | Prot: 67.98g | Carb: 205.56g.   Breakfast: Egg, Honey Wheat Bread. Lunch: Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Chicken Taquitos in Corn Tortillas. Dinner: Cupcake with Icing, Diet Dr. Pepper, French Fries (Small), Whataburger Jr., American Cheese Slice (Small). Snacks/Other: Chunky Salsa (Mild), Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips, Twizzlers Strawberry Twists, Snickers Bar (Fun Size), Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets. more...
