Welcome back... You can do this. I was in the same place although I'm 66 and never had children so I can't blame baby weight just no movement and a love of food. The support here is great. As for movement, baby steps... take a short walk to start. We all need time for ourselves to recharge so we can be there for everyone else. Stay strong and enjoy the journey for it truly is a journey... it won't happen overnight.
