2 weeks at maintenance calories, and the scale pretty much hasn't moved. Science works guys 😂
151.5 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi , 1900 calories. I'm 1.55m , 29 years old and moderately active.

I am currently on 1200 a day but will start "reverse dieting" to hopefully get up to about 2000. I will have to see where I start gaining weight. I am 23 and 172cm

I didn't do drastic, i was eating between 1300 and 1500 a day, most of the time it falls about 1400. At 1200 calories I feel so unsatisfied and didn't want to risk binging. Also, at the moment , I eat for weight loss, so I kinda eat what I want as long as I cut the portion and it's in my calorie range. I've reduced calories again starting today so let's see how it goes.

Also, I'm very accurate when tracking, I use measuring tools and track everything. That has made the biggest difference.

I'm also eating whatever I want, as long as it is in my calorie limit. I just saw now that our start, end, and current weight is insanely close haha will be following you so we can reach our goal together :P

also, roughly same height, at 153-154cm. I've been eating a 1200 calorie diet most days. And run at least 5kms 3 times a week with 20 minute Youtube workouts in between. I have 6 more kgs to go till my goal weight of 55kg. :)
