Last night was hard and I had finally gave into temptation. Justin, Ethan and I went to Kayla's to play games and she had ordered pizza, salad and spaghetti. I was really good and just ate the salad with grilled Chicken. Later the night got the more the Cupcakes with butter icing where calling my name. I gave in and ate one. i felt really bad but it was really good. I didn't gain any weight though so thank god for that.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
