Starting to lose weight again. It's been really hard during quarantine. I am eating healthier, taking long walks around the neighborhood, and recently started running up the staircase in my apartment. Yogurt helps with the cravings.
297.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
