unreal. six months after my last entry I have come back. I am now 15kg heavier than I was 18 months ago. 33lb of ugly fat and I'm still battling pancreatitis. again, it's time to lose some weight.
224.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
