I went a week without doing weights, partially laziness and partially to give my knees a rest. I was back at the gym today, a good workout. It felt good, I'm more disciplined today. I still ate my ice cream, but did not drink wine, ate well below my RDI, and I haven't played spider solitaire for 6 days (I'm an addict.) I'm hoping that tomorrow will bring me below 125 again.
