I have done terrible on my challenges!!! I have been terrible on my eating too. But I have continued to exercise. I have cut the grass a time or two. Great work out! I think that is what saved me!!! I have been really "down" about my gut!! Gosh darn-it!!! I recently tried on clothes...pants. I am in tears or close to it in the dressing room. To get pants to fit my waist they are SO big in the legs. I REFUSE to go back to elastic waist pants, other than maybe shorts for working out in the yard. I have to wear scrubs for my job, that is the ONLY elastic pants I have. Well, I want to be even more pro-active. I have come across an exercise routine on a site skinnyms.com. I wish I knew how to share the web-site on here, but I don't. That is upsetting for me too that I am so technology challenged. But anyway, I want to try this work out. Hoping for that my waist and legs can fit in the same pair of pants. If not....must be an old lady thing. :/
155.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YOU ARE NOT AN OLD LADY!!!! Our bodies are just made in such unique ways that clothes manufacturers can NEVER get it right. Been doing the physio ball and weighted ball routine to whittle the middle too! You have those thin skinny legs and my thighs look like big old drumsticks! I want thinner thighs, particularly where my thighs meet my hips. We just need to keep at it and make it happen. Concentrate on those ab workouts and I'll have to check out the website you mentioned! We can do this!

I agree with BeckyBaby65 - you are not an old lady!!!! Just keep at it, this is a process. Are you doing the summer abs challenge?
