I lost about 3 to 4 pounds but I decided not to put it. I was sick the past three day, and the past 2 I barely drank or ate anything. I'm most likely going to gain it back so I don't really see a point. I'm going to try upping my calories and going to start counting calories once I reach my goal, I might try to lose 5 or 10 extra pounds. It depends. But I want to up my calories and water intake. I don't really know what calories works for me as of now. I'm going to experiment. My face still looks shubby tho and fat. I feel like I have to work harder now that I'm closer to my goal.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is harder the closer you get to goal. Play with calories and such, you'll find what works for you. I hope you're feeling better.
