Stuck to food plan goals and walked daily for the past 5-7 days. Lost 3.5 pounds of bloat and fat in a week! Feeling positive!!!
180.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
